everything your office needs, from furniture to reception staff – all you need
to add to the picture is yourself and your computer to benefit from the

You will have access to all the facilities you need to run your business. We
provide 28 individual offices, furnished with desk, chairs and filing cabinet
and complete with your own phone number, internet and receptionist services.
In addition to our Excutive Offices, we have 10 larger Office Suites. These Suites are taylored for businesses with 3 to 10 people.
Regatta 1 Business Centre first opened in May 2007 with 27 offices, one meeting room and one board room covering 560 square metres of office space.
In 2011 the Centre grew and took over the remaining ground floor space. This extra space gave the centre a large training room and ten office suites which are unique on the Sunshine Coast. Total floor space is now a 1000 square metres.
