Suite 38

Suite 38 is our largest suite which is perfect for a small to medium corporate business or larger corporation needing a local office on the Sunshine Coast.

This suite comprises of four large offices' plus your own reception area; and in addition to this space you have use of R1's main lunch room for your staff.

Situated on the ground floor right at the main entrance of the building.

All offices are pre-wired for phone and internet connections. 

Air-conditioning has four zones one for each room so you can set a custom temperature of each room. Lighting is by LED lights which can be dimmed and also have three colour settings to suit your preference.
