This is one of our newer internal offices we have.  It can cater for up to two desks as shown in the photo.  Ideal for one or two full time people.

This office has individual air-conditioning control so you can set your own temperature independent of other offices.  Lighting is by LED down lights that you can adjust not only the brightness but also the colour temperature (daylight, cool white or warm white) to your liking.

The office has plenty of glass to give a more open and larger feel while still maintaining privacy.

Standard inclusions for this office is one desk, chair and filing cabinet.

Office Facilities


We are also available to do photo copying, scanning, and document binding services for you and a number of other admin duties you may need. You only pay for the time it takes, there are no minimum hours required. For instance, you may have a job that takes 10 mins a day that is a distraction to you that you would like us to do each day so you can focus on more important tasks.

Kitchen / Lunch Room

We have one lunch room and one kitchenette for your convenience. The main lunch room is complete with Fridge, Microwave, kettle, dishwasher and utensils. We supply milk, tea and coffee for you and your guests.

Meeting Room

Our meeting room is quite popular as it is very conveniently located right next to our reception. It includes round table, four chairs and a white board. When your client arrives for a meeting with you, we will page you in your office and you walk out to reception and take your clients directly into the meeting room. We work on one hour bookings for this room, however if it is a booking within the next two hours then you can book it for 15 minutes. Due to the number of rooms we have including extra offices, if the meeting room is booked when you need it then we can offer you the board room or another office if required.

Board Room

Our board room is quite comfortable with six people but will accommodate up to nine people. It includes eight chairs, white board and data projector. We work on one-hour bookings for this room, however if it is a booking within the next two hours then you can book it for 30 minutes.

Printing Facilities

As part of your office agreement you have full access to our A4/A3 full colour copier. Depending on your agreement we include a certain amount of copies for free then charge per print after that. All printing is secure so any print job you send to it will not print until you enter in your password. That way no one will see your confidential documents. Another great feature is the high speed double sided scanning it can do to easily convert your document for digital storage or emailing.
