Meeting Room Hire
Our Sunshine Coast meeting rooms are comfortable and conveniently located
near the new Sunshine Coast University Hospital and the new public hospital that opened in 2016 .
First impressions are important. At Regatta 1, your clients will be
greeted by our friendly receptionist, who will page you for your appointment.
Your client can be seated on our comfortable leather lounges while they wait.
When you arrive from your office, you can take your client to a four
person meeting room or our eight person board room. The Conference room comes complete
with white board and data projector and seats up to 30 people. And to make sure your client feels
comfortable and relaxed, our receptionist will also serve tea and coffee.
Our Board and Meeting rooms are available for external hire on an hourly
or half and full day rates. Minimum hire for both rooms is one hour. See

Cost for Meeting room is $35 for the first
and $28.00 for subsequent hours. We also have half day rate of $108 and full day rate of $155.

Meeting Room After Hours Hire
We understand that not all business is conducted during business hours.
Therefore we make our Board and Meeting rooms available after hours and on
weekends. This can be done by prior approval and an extra fee may be applied.
If you become one of our regulars, then after hours bookings become much easier.
